Consequently, effective negotiation skills are essential. While we are unwavering in the representation of our clients’ needs, we understand that negotiating is rarely a zero-sum game. It is often possible to meet the needs of all parties, without compromise. This leads to satisfied clients and avoids the dissatisfaction, misunderstandings, and even conflict that is regularly witnessed in deal negotiations.
